Andy Astor, Vice President, Asurion Mobile Applications

Andy Astor serves as Vice President of the Asurion Mobile Applications group, which develops and supports Asurion’s digital protection products, including backup/restore software and the Mobile Recovery product suite. Andy has more than 25 years experience in technology leadership roles, as both an entrepreneur and as an executive at companies including Dun & Bradstreet, Ernst & Young, webMethods, and American Mangement Systems. Andy received his BA in Mathematics from Clark University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Victor Chang, Vice President of Development

Victor Chang serves as Vice President of Development for the Asurion Mobile Applications group, which delivers Asurion’s digital protection products, including backup/restore software and the Mobile Security product suite. Victor has more than 25 years experience in technology leadership roles, in networking, security, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud-based service. Victor held engineering and executive roles at companies including Intel, Apple, RSA Security (acquired by EMC), and Infoblox.  Most recently, Victor led engineering at PostPath prior to its acquisition by Cisco.  Victor received his BS in EE from National Taiwan University and his MSEE from Syracuse University.

Rich Reybok , Chief Security Officer

Rich Reybok is currently the Chief Security Officer and Vice President of AMA Security Products at Asurion Inc.  In his current role he is responsible for securing the global assets of Asurion and it's 170 million subscribers and is responsible for both the physical security as well as the information security within the firm. Rich is also responsible for Asurion's security research and development practice as well as the technical product roadmap for the mobile anti-virus and privacy protection capabilities. Rich has served as CSO at Lehman Brothers as well as for the investment bank division of Merrill Lynch. Rich also founded his own security company in 2001 focused on real time correlation of security event data from open sources of disparate information combined with internal security metrics to provide a full 360 degree view of a company's secure posture and risk. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida State University.

Mark Romer, Senior Director, Business Operations

Mark is responsible for carrier-facing activities at Asurion Mobile Applications. In this capacity, Mark leads product management, product marketing and business development for the mobile applications business unit. Most recently, Mark led new product development and strategy for Good Technology’s entry into the consumer market prior to its acquisition by Motorola.  Mark also held product management roles at Siebel Systems and Netscape / America Online. Mark has BS and MS degrees from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
