Asurion Mobile Applications specializes in delivering white-label solutions to mobile operators. AMA’s goal is to deliver an operator branded solution that enhances the subscriber experience, increasing brand loyalty, reducing churn and driving incremental revenue.

AMA works with individual operators to define the product capabilities and user experience to meet that operator’s objectives AMA begins by assigning a carrier solutions team to work closely with each carrier partner to specify the launch requirements with a focus on optimizing the full lifecycle user experience, from awareness to provisioning to active use to handset transfer, within that operator’s system environment. 

Once the product is defined, our team works closely with the carrier’s technical team to deploy the solution.  We have years of experience doing this and pride ourselves in launching a carrier’s product on time and on budget. 

In addition to the technical support required to launch an application, AMA is also able to supply marketing expertise and field services resources to optimize awareness, discovery and adoption of the product.  Our field marketing representatives train carrier field representatives on the products, produce in-store marketing materials, and more.

AMA has successfully executed numerous integrations with operators to achieve an optimal full lifecycle product experience, including:

• Single Sign On (SSO) for websites and other properties
• Authentication – AAA, WAP or carrier specific authentication mechanisms
• SMSC – Direct integration into carrier SMSC via SMPP
• Provisioning – Carrier specific solutions or batch files
• Customer Support Portals – AMA provided website or web services carriers can use to integrate support information into their portals
• Synchronization – Our service can act as the central carrier address book and provide information to other services via web services, SyncML, or other standard protocols
