If your phone is LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED or MALFUNCTIONS, Verizon Wireless Total Equipment Coverage provides a quick and convenient replacement. To enroll, visit a Verizon Wireless store or call 1.866.256.4646 within 30 days of new phone activation or upgrade.

 
The insurance program covers your device if it is lost, stolen or damaged. The Wireless Phone Protection program is underwritten by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company or one of its insurance company affiliates. Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. is the agent and provides claims servicing under the program. In FL, Mobile Recovery is part of Wireless Phone Protection.
